Tuesday, April 18     Location: Hotel
3:00 - 6:30 p.m. — Registration for pre-conference intensives 

Pre-conference participants can have dinner in local restaurants (there is a restaurant in the hotel, as well) and we’ll coordinate a group for those who want to go together; the hospitality suite will open after dinner.

Wednesday, April 19 Locations: Hotel and Church of the Redeemer
8:00 a.m. — Registration for pre-conference continues; breakfast on your own
9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. — Pre-conference intensives (lunch included)
Noon - 5:00 p.m. — Registration for regular conference; lunch on your own (unless registered for pre-conference intensives)
3:30 p.m. — Plenary #1: Welcome, introductions, orientation
4:30 p.m. — Shuttles to Redeemer
5:30 p.m. — Opening Eucharist – reception/dinner follows
8:00-8:30 p.m. — Shuttles return to hotel 
9:30 p.m. — Compline (Salon D); Hospitality Suite opens 

Thursday, April 20     Locations: Hotel and local restaurants
7:30 a.m. — Morning Prayer (Salon D)
8:00 a.m. — Breakfast buffet at Hotel
8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. — Registration 
9:00 a.m. — Chaplain's Reflection; morning announcements
9:30 a.m.-10:45 a.m. — Workshop Session #1
