Refund Policy:

• Conference registration canceled prior to March 14 will be fully refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. 
• Conference registration cancelled between March 14 and April 11 will receive a 50% refund in addition to a $50 administration fee. Registration can be transferred to another individual within the registrant’s church, diocese, or organization. 
• Conference registration cancelled after April 12 will receive no refund. 

Event Cancellation or Postponement:

Episcopal Communicators reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Episcopal Communicators cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, Episcopal Communicators has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at a future date. Episcopal Communicators will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.

Sponsorships:

Sponsorship donations for any event that is cancelled or postponed by Episcopal Communicators are not refundable.
